Choose the billing method that's right for you

With our billing service, you can take the hassle out of your hands and automatically bill charging processes with ease. Once set up, all you have to do is define the price per kWh!

1. Direct payment

For irregular visitors
Users start, stop and pay for the charging process themselves directly at the charging station. You don't have to do anything else.

2. Monthly billing

For a closed group of users
At the end of the month, users receive an invoice for all charging processes and pay automatically using the stored means of payment at the end of the month. Authentication takes place either via an RFID card or an app.

Charge directly - pay directly

Scan

Scan the QR code and store credit card details in the browser. After verification, charging can be started.

Charge

After charging has started, the charging process can be followed via the smartphone or, as an administrator, via the dashboard.

Pay

As soon as the charging process is completed, an invoice document is immediately created and the money is collected.

2. Monthly billing

Monthly billing* is perfect for a closed group of users who regularly use the charging system. At the end of the month, every user receives an invoice for all charging transactions made.

Payment process

Registration

After successfully setting up a user account and assigning it to your company, the user is asked to deposit a means of payment.

Charge

The user can start a charging process via an app or RFID card. Ongoing charging processes can be viewed and managed via the app and management dashboard.

Pay

All charging processes from the previous month are billed. The amount is automatically collected from the user's stored means of payment and paid out to you.

Affordable & integrated

Thanks to full integration with existing software, there is no integration effort and no integration costs. The use of automated billing is therefore very cost-effective compared to using third-party providers.

Reliable & user-oriented

Through our payment provider Stripe is guaranteed for a seamless and reliable billing process.
The user can start a charging process either with an app or charging card and receives a full statement at the end of the month.

Independent & easy

The solution allows you to choose a desired tariff for your electricity without becoming dependent on an external operator model. We provide you with all tools for simple and automated billing management for your users.
